Hello everybody. My name is Cameron Docherty. I'm a journalism major here at Rutgers-Newark. I commute here from Linden, which is only about 20 minutes away. I am very much into sports, which is why it is my overall goal to become a successful sports journalist. My favorite sport is soccer, but I don't discriminate. I'll watch anything from football to fencing. My family comes from Scotland and I am very proud of my heritage. I often go back to visit all my relatives over breaks. Outside of school and sports I enjoy relaxing, being with friends and traveling. I am a big advocate of activism and social change.
